I have been airborne for the past 29 hours and am finally home, jet lagged and in the throes of some weird nasal congestion thingie, regretting my decision to agree to be on call tomorrow.
I am thankful for being able to stand on both of my legs without falling over, as well as for the bottle of white wine currently chilling in my refrigerator.
